Our Process

Dunn and Associates Inc has learned over the years that most clientele wish to approach their problems with cautious calculation. Accordingly, we have developed a service package designed to “scratch the surface” of their particular project. By means of preparing Record Documents, typically consisting of site plans and field measurement drawings of any existing structure(s), combined with Schematic Design studies, we are able to offer a range of optional solutions. With this minimal drawing package we are then able to meet with General Contractors and develop preliminary estimates of probable cost.

This then gives the Owner a “snapshot” picture of the feasibility of their project before the more traditional and laborious Contract Documentation (“blueprints & specifications) phase service is performed. Adding Bid Negotiation and comprehensive Construction Administration phase services completes the standard service package offered by Dunn and Associates Inc.

This same process may be applied to projects involving site planning, master planning, development, interior design, and facilities analysis.
